Please note: Because every pad is handmade, exact color placement and design may vary slightly. Before we begin your custom pad, we’ll confirm the final design, pricing, and estimated completion time. A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required to begin your order.

An array of natural colors are available. There are additional charges for factory dyed wool at this time. Natural wools are more readily available while dyed wool is considerably more costly.

We’re happy to help you choose a color combination that fits your vision. Final pricing will be confirmed before your order is started.

Custom Order Notes

  • A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required before work begins on your custom pad. The deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price.
  • Shipping and insurance costs can range from $40-$60 for USPS ground shipping on a typical 30″ x 32″ pad.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs which will be added to the final balance. For more detailed information please see our Shipping Policy page.
  • The remaining agreed-upon balance must be paid in full before any custom brands, initials, logos, or symbols are added and before the finished pad is shipped.
  • Payments may be made through Venmo, Zelle, mailed check, or cash for in-person payments. If paying by check through the mail, work will not begin, custom branding will not be added, and the finished pad will not be shipped until payment has been received.
  • Because every pad is handmade, slight variations in color placement, pattern, dimensions, and overall appearance are normal and part of the handmade nature of each pad.
  • Once work has begun, changes to the approved design may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
  • Please carefully review all colors, sizing, brands, initials, symbols, and other custom details before approving your order. Once custom elements have been added, they cannot be changed.
  • Estimated completion dates are estimates. Because each pad is made by hand, completion times may vary. We will communicate with you if there are any significant delays.
